Vision
My international career has given me unforgettable experiences, such as performing in choreographies specially created for me and from the classical dance repertoire, choreographing numerous works, directing and coordinating various national and international events over more than 35 years in dance.
Parallel to my career as a dancer, I have always had within me a strong vocation to teach, a profession I have exercised and continue to exercise with great dedication.
I make my time available to work with dancers, in order to help them develop in dance and reach professionalism.
The gisadance.art emerges with the purpose of providing professional guidance to dancers, teachers and institutions of dance education, which seek information and differentiated and personalized monitoring of their careers.
Mission
One of gisadance.art's missions is to provide dancers with personalised career guidance and advice. Through a step-by-step approach, always in accordance with individual needs, gisadance.art offers all the orientation required for the development of the future artist, encouraging him/her to explore all his/her artistic and technical potential.
Today I am the classical ballet coordinator of one of the biggest schools of articulated teaching in Portugal, the Ginasiano Escola de Dança, I have taught at the Palucca Hochschule für Tanz Dresden, the Akademie des Tanzes Mannheim and the Theaterballettschule Magdeburg, in Germany. The importance of planning and assistance, the exchange with different teachers and institutions are fundamental for a successful career in dance.
